A penthouse and roof garden were added to this adaptive resue project which started with three structures from different periods over the last century. Most everything for this project was handmade locally including cabinetry, steel work, railings, doors stairs, lighting fixtures, stucco and plaster. The fresh, airy space retains an industrial feel through an intriguing modern use of black and white.
